Shipment

We ship all of our orders from Vienna as insured packages to ensure they reach you in the best condition. We currently ship within Austria and Germany.

After ordering, each product is carefully and lovingly packaged by our ÆLJØ team. As a rule, this takes place on the day of the order or the day after. The package will then be shipped immediately. In our experience, this takes 1-3 working days within Austria. Please allow a little more time when shipping to Germany.

Please note that there may occasionally be unexpected delays with the parcel service provider. However, we have no influence on this and cannot accept any responsibility for longer waiting times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

As a young company, we allow ourselves to... Orders under €100 Contribution to the shipping costs to raise.

* If the value of the goods falls below the free shipping amount due to a return, the usual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

RETURNS

If one of our products does not meet your expectations or there is another reason why you would like to return your product, please send us an email hello@aeljo.com or fill out our contact form . We will definitely find a solution that suits you.
Please note: When returning items, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Goods that have already been used will not be accepted as returns. We ask for your understanding.
