General terms and conditions of business

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on ÆLJØ's webshop at (hereinafter referred to as "the webshop") and include all sales contracts concluded by a consumer online with ÆLJØ (hereinafter "we" or " called ÆLJØ"). We recommend that our buyers (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “customer”) read these Terms and Conditions in full before using the webshop or placing an order. These Terms may be updated from time to time and may vary. Please check them before each order in the webshop.

The prices are listed on the homepage of the web shop under the respective items. All prices quoted by the Company are inclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The company's sales prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are borne by the contractual partner.

We reserve the right to change prices and discounts from time to time without notice. Discount codes are only valid once per person (unless otherwise stated) and only within the specified period. They cannot be combined or transferred to another purchase.

Payment is currently only possible in the currency specified in the webshop, namely euros (€). Payment can be made with credit or debit cards, Klarna (Sofort) or PayPal. Available payment methods vary depending on location and shipping destination.

The shipping costs are borne by the contractual partner and are calculated at checkout after you have entered your delivery address. Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, the entrepreneur will ship the goods within 4-5 working days after receipt of payment. The transport risk is transferred to the contractual partner as soon as the goods are delivered to him or to a third party named by him who is not the transporter. If the contractual partner has concluded the transport contract himself without making use of the selection option offered, the risk is transferred to the carrier or the contractual partner when the goods are handed over.

Our contractual partner agrees that invoices can also be created and sent to him electronically.

ÆLJØ ensures that all products go through multiple quality checks before being shipped to our customers. We work hard to prevent damage or defects to our products. If you still receive a damaged item, please email us at with pictures of the defects so that we can determine how to proceed. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Faulty items do not include items that have already been used.

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the seller's cancellation policy.

We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed in the webshop reflect the colors of the products in reality. Colors may appear differently depending on the computer or phone screen you use and the settings you use.

Logos, samples, catalogs, brochures, illustrations and the like always remain our intellectual property; The contractual partner is not granted any rights of use or exploitation.

The transmission of personal data via the webshop is subject to our privacy policy.

Austrian law applies. If a provision of these general terms and conditions is ineffective, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The relevant statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision. The place of performance and jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Austria for deliveries and payments as well as all disputes arising between the parties. For end consumers, the place of performance and jurisdiction is the buyer's place of business.
